RIVERET Support

We have prepared a RIVERET Security Assurance System that is valid for three months so that customers can use the system with confidence. Even after products have been shipped, staff will take the responsibility to respond.

If a problem occurs in the course of normal use and all prohibitions and precautions listed in the instruction manual have been followed, we will promptly replace used items provided the problem occurs within three months of the date of purchase. A detailed description is given in the instruction manual included with each product.
